Talks between Disney's management and the union have been going on for several days, after which it was agreed to open some entertainment venues and shopping malls. And special precautions should be taken for employees.

A statement from Disney's Union on Thursday said there was a debate over when to open popular theme parks, but that the issue had now been resolved amicably.

The closure of the Disneyland theme park cost the company nearly 1 billion in the January-March quarter.
